Im trying to open a file 2024 in my versión (2023) but it says that the The IDML file conversion service is temporarily unavailable.

anyone can help me??

Why not install 2024?

I agree with @BobLevine . The only reason I can think of you couldn't install 2024 would be if your OS and computer are too old to upgrade.

Log out of Creative Cloud - online through the website

InDesign - go to Help>Logout
Creative Cloud App - make sure you're signed out of the desktop app

Restart

Log back in online
Log back in on Creative Cloud Desktop App

Open InDesign - go to Help> and make sure you're logged in.

That should reset your connection to the online services - hopefully.
