Unable to duplicate Button by copy paste in InDesign on 19.0.1 version on MacOS

Hello,

I'm using Indesign 19.0.1 on a Mac and when I copy/paste a button object, it doesn't stick.
I've tried dragging and dropping and I get the same problem.
When I try it on version 18.5, the problem doesn't arise.

Do you have the same problem?

    Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear you are unable to copy-paste in InDesign. Would you mind trying the "Paste in Place" option from the Menu and see if that helps?

     

    • If that doesn't help, is it possible for you to share a screen recording of the issue for better investigation?
    • Does that happen with all files or with a specific file?
