Hello,

I've bought the upgrade package for our Adobe InDesign CS5 to update at CS6 version.

When I try to install the upgrade, I receive an error about that say the old serial number is not for the correct product.

Here the screenshot of the error:

I've tried to select all the product list in the box (using my CS5 WIN serial number) but whit the same result.

Our CS5 InDesign license detail are: "InDesign CS5 7.0 WIN AOO License IE (65062033)" "TLP Licensing Program"

So, what is the problem?

Thank you

Alessandro

AFAIK, you cannot upgrade a TLP product to an individual license. In any event, you'll need to contact Adobe directly as nobody in the forums can help with serial number issues.
