Why do I have 2 InDesign updates?

I usually get 2 InDesign updates and one is always for an earlier version. As you can see here I have updated to 18.1 but there's another suggesting 17.4.1. Any ideas?

This means that you do have InDesign version 17 installed on your computer in addition to version 18. So it is showing you the updates that are available for all the supported and installed versions of the software.
