Hi,

Is not clear if the function "Shate for review" will stay after February 1st when a number of Cloud documents services will be terminated.

I'm talking of the "Share" function that allows designers to share the InDesign documents with external stakeholders normally used to proof documents.

Correct answer Steve Werner

There have been no announcement by InDesign product managers that there would be any change the way Share for Review works in February.

There will be discontinuation of the Creative Cloud Synced feature (has nothng to do with Share for Review) on February 1:

Hi Steve, I like your optimism, but nothing granted with Adobe these days lol

To be honest is not very clear whether the documents published via "Share for review" are hosted on the Creative Cloud Synced files or not.

As you can see the "published" files are stored within "Your files"

Those files are stored in a hidden repository. The synced-files is a very specific function that predates libraries and the share for review. See here for information on this: https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/changes-to-adobe-creative-cloud-storage-experience/td-p/14332310

All other services of the Creative Cloud continue. There has been no announcement of changes to other functionalities. “Your files” are cloud files, not documents on synced-files. I've “switched” my synced-files functionality to OneDrive.
