About Editing A Picture

How can i edit my picture to convert it from raster to vector.?

If somebody know about this then let me know, i will be very grateful.

A vector image has to be created as vector data. You can't just "convert".

Illustrator has tools to auto-trace raster images, but it works best for simple shapes and the result usually needs further work.
