AI noise removal not working / Lightroom Classic version: 12.4

AI noise removal not working (message "noise removal currently not compatible with this photo format"). RAW files from a Canon 5d mark IV camera with a Canon EF 85 mm f/1.2 and Canon EF 24 mm f/1.4 lens. When I put other lenses on everything works fine. What to do with this?


Lightroom Classic version: 12.4
Operating System: Mac OS 13.4.1

Not with the current Denoise. Adobe has indicated that they may enhance Denoise to work with file types other than true raw photos, but who knows if they will actually do that or when.

So, the RAW file, was that a normal RAW or perhaps Dual Pixal RAW, or M RAW, or S RAW?, the latter three not supported at this time.

Is the raw in Canon's sRAW1 or sRAW2 format?
