Hey, @juan3216591061xo. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. What version of Lightroom & the Windows are you working on? Do you see Lightroom Classic in the Task Manager? Where is the Lightroom Catalog stored? On the internal or external drive

To begin troubleshooting, reset Lightroom Classic following the second (manual) method from this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

If the catalogs are stored on an external drive, you can move them to the internal drive and launch Lightroom Classic by double-clicking on the catalog file (.lrcat).
