Hi, is CameraRaw 12.4 compatible with Lightroom CC (2015)

Even if you download and install Camera Raw 12.4, it will have no effect on your Lightroom whatsoever. So, compatible is the wrong question. Will it help? Not a bit.

is there another way to import cr3 files (Canon r5) into Lightroom CC

Always a good idea to state the real goal, rather than what you think is a step in the process. Knowing the goal, yes there are ways to get these photos into some older version of Lightroom. Use the Adobe DNG converter program, version 12.4 or later. https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/using/adobe-dng-converter.html
