Can I make an import undone?

I have accidentally imported 2000+ photos to Lightroom Classic. They are in my lightroom folders now and Lightroom deleted them in their original folders. Those photos were not intended to be imported into Lightroom. This was my fault.

Can I make the import undone?

Select the Previous Import collection, select all images in that collection, right-click one of the photos and choose 'Remove from catalog'.

Thank you, I will try that!

But will this also copy the photos back to their original folders?

No, you will have to do that yourself. Maybe you can restore them from one of your backups?
