Color profile not applied correctly with 16-bit turned on in print dialog

When I turn on 16-bit printing in the print dialog, wrong or no color profile is applied. This happens both when the Lightroom interface 16-bit checkbox is turned off or on. See attached 4 screenshots that illustrates the applied settings, and two photos that shows the results.
