Conversion lost all edits

Hi all,

I migrated from LR3 to Lightroom Classic 12.0.1 on Windows, and to a new computer. But I have lost all the edits.

I have used a catalogue from a backup, but that doesn't solve the problem. Still all the edits are lost.

How can this be solved?

Kind regards,

Jeroen

Did you import the photos into the catalog on the new computer? If so, that is the cause of your problems. There is no importing when moving to a new computer.

Did you do the migration to a new computer as described here?

Are you shure the you opened the correct catalog?

Why you installed LR 12.0.1? The recent version is 12.3.

Dear Axel,

Thanks for your reply.
I followed the steps more or less. I didn't care about Lightroom settings. I only needed to copy the catalogue, as this contains al the edits if I am correct.

Yes, I checked if it is the right catalogue in the right location. Checked it in Lightroom.

Because I have 12.0.1, I don't need/want to upgrade to the new one.

Kind regards,

Jeroen
