D5600 and color profiles

Lightroom Classic: V10.4

Nikon D5600

When imporing RAW images, LR won't convert to DNG. Also, the color profiles are just "color and monochrome".

On my D610, it converts to DNG and I have all color profiles. Why the difference and how do I fix?

What you describe is exactly what would happen if you're shooting jpg.

Are you sure that these are raw (NEF) files?
