Deleting a Lightroom classic catalog on your desk top. How to recover the catalog?Presets?

Hi, So i was going through my computer trying to free up space & I accidentally deleted my lightroom cataolg. Is there a way where I can recover that catalog? 

If not I tried importing my presets again and there is a box that pops up saying "unable to import, items already imported" But then you go to the develope module and there is still no presets. Does anyone know how to fix this?
