Different Windows zoom level in laptop and ext screen LrC does not work

I use ThinkPad P1 laptop with 4k screen, and the Windows zoom level is 175 %. When I connect secondary "normal resolution" display, ThinkVision M14 with 1920 x 1080 and 100 Windows zoom level of 100 %, the secondary display is also on 175 % and the LrC secondary monitor display is too big. LrC secondary monitor should respect the Windows zoom setting, and display 100 % image, instead of the enlarged 175 % image.

In other words, setting different Windows zoom resolution for monitors, in Windows display settings, does not work in LrC.
