P.S. From your screen capture, it looks as if you are keeping your backups of your catalog on the same hard drive as the catalog(s). That is bad. If the hard drive fails, then both the catalog and the backup of the catalog will be gone. Best to keep backups on a different hard drive, often a external hard drive, often multiple hard drives.
