Empty develop presets folder

I've just moved LRC to a new PC and after importing my user presets I have discovered that the Develop Presets folder is empty and the user presets are stored in  C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\ImportedSettings

Should I move them?

It's not necessary to move them.  That folder is where the File > Import Develop Profiles And Presets places imported presets (for reasons known only to Adobe).
