Error 215 Application Not Authorized.

When I open Adobe Creative Cloud and click Update next to my Lightroom Classic, I get an error.

When I click details, I see:

Exit Code: 125

FATAL: Fatal Error '125' occurred while download
FATAL: Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 125 error message {https://cdn-ffc.oobesaas.adobe.com/core/v2/applications?name=LTRM&version=11.4.1&platform=win64&build=11.4.1.202206241800,P:-4,PS:404,G:-4}

After clicking the link in the error message I see:

Obviously I'm logged in to everything, and I have a paid subscription to the Photography plan - but the Adobe Creative Cloud app keeps asking me to log in over and over again.

I'm using Creative Cloud 4.6.0.386 on Windows 10

Update your Creative Cloud Desktop App from the App 'Help'  menu.

It should be currently- v5.7.0....
