Export dialog continuously reverts to selecting a specific preset

I'd like Lightroom to remember the last preset/settings I used when I go into the Export dialog but instead it continuously goes back to a specific one. I have folders full of presets so this is pretty annoying. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Lightroom should remember the last settings. You can also use Export - Previous.

I thought so too, but it isn't. I wonder if there's something that I can
delete or reset.

You could try resetting the preferences:
