Failing to Display & Import images into LR Library.

Hello All!

 

Currently having experiencing some pretty annyoying in issues with LRC. I can't seem to import photos into LR nor can I Add photos that are already on my SSD into the Library catalog. Neither action even displays photos in the import dialog. (import button is disabled, no grey boxes & no options of 'new photos' or 'all photos'.)

 

Have already done folowing actions:

- Multiple Shutdowns & Restart of my device

- Multiple restarts of LR

- Removed LR application from my Mac

 

This is very first time it's done it, noticed it's happened after updates to OS & LR below;

Currently LR is at V. 13.0.1

Mac OS. Sonoma V. 14.1

Any solutions and help is much appreciated

    For those members that refuse or cannot open attachment's. The authors two screenshots show two attempts at Import. One selecting Devices, the other selecting Files. In the Devices the author selected the camera, in Files the author selected a hard drive, Grid view blank in both situations.

     

    OP, please use the Insert Photo button, not the Attachment button for images, works better.

     

    OP, what was your previous MACOS?
