falsches Lightroom Abo gekauft

Hallo,

 

ich hab scheinbar das falsche Abo gekauft. Statt LR Classic hab ich Lightroom mit cloudbasierter Bearbeitung gekauft.

Lässt sich das umtauschen? Alle meine Sachen sind mit LR Classic bearbeitet. Das würde ich gerne so beibehalten.

 

Kennt jemand ne Lösung?

Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chat bot.

This happened to me too. I reacted as Rick says and got the refund very fast, so i could order the Right one.
