Question

"file not found" in develop mode

Hi guys,

I recently had an issue on the subscription that I fixed but unfortunately, I cannot access either develop mode or maps, I also cannot import new photos.

Have you ever had this issue and if yes what did you do to solve it?

Thanks!

Ines

"cannot access either develop mode or maps"- might suggest you have not, in fact, fixed your subscription. These two symptoms are indicative of a cancelled subscription.

Check your subscription at- ADOBE ACCOUNT

Check this: Apple changed the security requirements in MacOS Monterey. Go to MacOS 'System Settings - Security & Privacy' and add Lightroom Classic and Photoshop to "Full Disk Access". Click on the lock icon to unlock the settings, then click on the plus icon to add Lightroom Classic and/or Photoshop if it isn't already listed. If it is listed, then just enable the checkbox. Does the file show without a 'missing' exclamation mark in the Library? If it shows that mark, then it is really missing, because it was moved, or renamed, or deleted from the disk without Lightroom knowing about it,
