Folks,

Does anyone out there have any idea how to get in touch with Microsoft to resolve a sign in issue?

Nothing works - phone call, on line information, every thing is a run around. I cannot use my laptop because I can no longer sign in after using my password for years. This company should be fined for neglect of customers. Ideas anyone?

Hello John,
That article looks like it should be helpful but...
We are trying to get into a laptop that my wife uses. I was able to change
the password. However, when I want to go further it asks for a code which I
do not have (the ones they sent me did not work). When I say I have no
codes, they refer me to a website which gets me to Bing which seems to
offer nothing to help.
Dead End.
The laptop is registered in my name but I don't know if making changes on
my desktop will affect my unit or my wife's laptop.
Stuck.
It is impossible to speak to anyone at Microsoft.
Now What?
