Fotos negras después de subir unas app de Sony al PC Lenovo de Windows

No puedo ver fotos después de bajar unas app de Sony para editar fotos de cámara Sony a mi PC Lenovo , subí las fotos a Ligthroom y se ven negras , las raw también se ven negras , el problema también se traspasa al celular , también se ven negras en el celular, las fotos jpg

, antes de subir las app Sony se ven bien , pero las fotos raw no se ven tampoco . Ayuda por favor 😭 🙏.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info.
