How do I contact someone at Adobe to allow me to download an older version:  Lightroom 5 of which I am a registered owner?

    Be aware that although you still have a right to use your licenced Lr 5, Adobe is under no similar obligation to continue to make available old versions of the software.

     

    That's why John's link points to a non-Adobe site - and it's why nobody in Adobe would be able to help.
