How to get Lightroom Classic presets back after laptop crash

Hi all!My laptop went dead last year after I accidentally choked on water. I asked th IT guy to put all my data on my new one and he did. I was still new to Lightroom and didn't know that I should backup my presets which I worked hard on creating. I really loved the presets I have created back then and have been trying to recreate them but I don't get it right. Is there a way for me to get the presets back? Could it have been stored on the App history somehow. Please help me. I've been struggling for months.

They are stored separately. Didn't you make a backup of your complete hard drive? I'm sure you have more important things on your computer than just Lightroom Classic. If not, then I'm afraid you've learned the hard way why it's important to make backups of everything.
