If cancel subscription, how long will access last?

Hi all,

I understand that if I was to cancel CC subscription, Lightroom Classic would continue to work to view existing catalogs but that the Develop Module would be unavailable.

What if I need to reinstall Lightroom CC at some point, say I upgrade my PC. How would I reinstall Lightroom Classic and maintain the limited access?

I am looking to move to something free (like darktable) for all new photography work but want to maintain access to an expansive existing collection of shoots and photos.
