Many, many people have asked for the ability to edit metadata in LR Mobile: Lightroom Mobile: Support for keyword and metadata editing | Photoshop Family Customer Community . It's one of the most popular feature requests. Please add your me-too vote and detailed opinion about why you want that ability, which will make it a tiny bit more likely Adobe might eventually implement it before the next ice age.

I have to fill - like all of photojournalists - a few fields - title, description, keywords and some more, best with presets. In AppStore I found only two apps with IPTC editors - long unpromted Filterstorm Neue Pro and MetaGear, But such a basic - i think - tool could be in LRM, especially as it's a great photo-editing program.
