Is it actually possible to SPEAK or message a REAL PERSON these days?
I've received repeated emails to say that there is an Adobe billing failure. There isn't anything wrong with the debit card details that I've previously provided Adobe with, and Adobe have been able to retrieve a regular £9.98 per month in the past for my Lightroom CC/Photoshop subscription. So what else can I do? I've checked with the bank and there's no issue with the bank as far as they are concerned. The level of actual REAL PERSON support is truly shocking. Not good enough. Will someone please get in touch using the email address that you retain for my account.
