Just to V13 and it is running extremely slowly.

I recently updated to V13 with LRCC and now everything moves extremely slowly.  It takes forever to open the app and then for an image to load, even doing edits has a lag.  Then it gives me a message that it is writing changes to .xmp at close which can take up to 5 minutes even if I only worked on a few images.

Any idea why this is happening.

I am running Windows 11 Pro with 64gb ram 8 cores, Intel i7
