I'm not able to translate the text in your screenshot, but think you may be running into the same bug as discussed at https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-bugs/p-updated-to-12-1-amp-seeing-quot-failed-to-initialize-pixel-mask-storage-error-after-relaunch-win/idi-p/13424943

 

Please confirm whether or not above is the issue you're experiencing. If it's not then you'll need to provide more information as to what it was that you were attempting to do before the dialog appeared.
