Lens Blur

I have noticed in LR when Lens Blur is applied that it is not transferred to Photoshop using "Photo" and Edit in "Photoshop". Opens in Photoshop without the Lens Blur applied. Can this be addressed please.

    I am not able to replicate this using Edit In Photoshop or Edit as Smart Object in Photoshop. You don't specify which method you used? In any case, the Lens Blur does appear intact in PS. 

    Can you confirm your Camera Raw version is 16.0?
