Library and Deveop tabs gone from screen LR Classic

I have LR Classic 12.1.  Running on MacBook Pro Ventura 13.1.    The Library, Develop and other tabs at the top no longer show on the screen..How do I get them back? They were working before today

First try keyboard [Shift + Tab]

Try F5

 

If that isn't what fixes the problem, then use the Window->Panels menu to go to any module (this is also adds the module at the top right)
