Licence transfer

Hi,

I sold my laptop, formatted disk, but didn't sign out from Lightroom. I have box 6.0 version. When I try to install my box on different PC, I receive information, that my activation serial number is in use, and I need to provide the new one:))

From my account I can not deactivate anything, I just signed out everything, but that did not help. How to solve this problem, or contact Adobe?

@Jill_C  Your given link is appropriate for current versions with Creative Cloud, but not of great help for Lightroom v6-Perpetual.

@KR Seals  is on the right track, but many Adobe staff will not touch Activation/Deactivation requests.

The one way, successful for others, is to send a Private Message to Carissa Massongill who has been willing to help, as in the Correct Answer at this long forum thread.
