Lightoom Classic Doesnt work

I have downloaded creative cloud, have lightoom intalled and since a month ago i can open the lightroom program but, wont let me use any - develop feature - only import to the library. It means i have the software installed but cat use it. Even paying the membership license a month ago. I have tried to "sign in" from -lrc- help > sign in menu but each time i click on sign in just nothing happens. 

Urgent help, thanks.

You need to sign in with the Creative Cloud app and then remain signed in at all times.
