Lightroom 13 Exporting Issue

After updating Lightroom to version 13.0.1, I've been having some issues with exporting, and overall has become much slower. At first, it will export as normal, and it will look like it's almost finished (the loading bar will be "full" across the right) but then the bar freezes and it will proceed to "re-export" and replace every single single image. It seems to take double the time it used to export the same amount of images. Any insight on why this might be happening? I've never seen this before the update.
