Lightroom 6 installation on newer Windows machine

I had LR 6 on Win10 and it worked fine, then I've made clean install on Win11 on the same machine I can not install LR6 anylonger. I get this error below. How can I resolve this?

    When you call Customer support, let them know this is for licensing validation only, not technical support, as they will balk at anything more than that for this old non supported app.
