lightroom classic 13.01

It doesn't remember where I left it and always opens on year 2020

Here's some experimenting I did and I have no idea if it would help to troubleshoot my problem or not.

I have two catalogs. One always opens on July 28th, 2017

Another one is stuck on October 25th, 2020 (3rd photo)

Would really appreciate help here, as it's quite annoying.
