I keep getting a message "Some Content-Aware sttings need to updated" in the clone tool. What is this?

When using the Heal too with the Content Aware Setting it works fine for the first four or five times and removes the spots automaticaly.

After that, every time I use the tool I get the following message

When I go to a new image it's the same routine, five times OK and the update.

What is going on?
