Lightroom Classic crashes when trying to sync Windows 11

I have looked through the discussions, generally people have the same problem.
When I load up lightroom classic, it works fine for about 5mins then crashes if I have the sync to cloud going, I need to pause it and lightroom will work. Which defeats the purpose of it all.
I have restared the pc, done the alt thing in the sync panel.
Any other things to try?
