Lightroom Classic ha rilevato problemi di autorizzazione utente con MacOs Big Sur

Buonasera,  ho provato le soluzioni consigliate da Adobe ma il problema rimane.... Cosa posso fare per risolvere l'anomalia?

    Bring up Adobe.com

    Sign in (if not already)

    Click on "Manage Your Account"

    Over on the right, below your Avatar, under "Edit Profile". Inspect your e-mail address.

    Over on the left, is your Plan listed?

    Is your payment Ok?

    Click on "View Plan Details".

    Scroll to bottom. Under "Activated Devices", Any old computers listed. Remember, LrC can be activated on 2 computers.

    il mio Mac book pro è del 2019, il pagamento è ok, Photoshop e LR funzionano bene, solo LRClassic mi chiede autorizzazione utente anche se ho autorizzato il libreria!

    I see you are running MACOS. 

    If you have Lightroom Classic v10.1, and you are having problems. Then roll back to version 10.0

    What action is causing the error?

    L'ultima versione di LRC:

     

    Con sistema operativo MacOs BigSur provo ad aprire Lightroom Classic ma arriva il seguente messaggio:

    "ha rilevato problemi di autorizzazione utente"

     

     

    ho provato le deverse soluzioni consigliate da Adobe ma il problema rimane.... Cosa posso fare per risolvere? molte grazie.
