Lightroom classic has not launched in years.

I have done all of the update, the compatability  with windows ect.  I now have windows 11 and it has not worked since i've had window 8, at least three years ago.  I have paid, and have put in tickets/complaints with nooooo reponse.. I have been on Youtube University.,, and still NOTHING.. Please Help!!

    What does happen when you try to launch Lightroom Classic? Describe in detail. Provide any error message exactly as it appears, unedited, word-for-word.

    Have you checked for a lock file that did not get deleted?
