Lightroom Classic won’t launch because of a corrupted file

I was switching computers, downloading presets and now LC won't open. A box appeared on my Home Screen that says Lightroom- opening catalog: pretty-presets.zip? That was the preset, I tried deleting it but it says it's open in another program? deleted and reinstalled LC but it still won't open. On my downloads it's showing temporary repaired catalog?

"Pretty-presets-winter-wonderland.zip" is not a catalog file. The extension of catalog files is .lrcat. Somehow Lightroom is trying to open it as if it were a catalog file, which obviously fails. Move this file to another folder, so Lightroom doesn't know where it is anymore and doesn't try to open it as catalog.
