Lightroom window won't adjust size

Question

I've been running Lightroom Classic for a few years now, but just developed a new problem in the last week or so. My current Lightroom window is too tall, making the top menu bar (with close/minimize/fullscreen) invisible outside the upper margin of the screen. Otherwise Lightroom is still functional.

Mac and app are both up to date: Lightroom 12.3, OS Ventura 13.4.

I've already tried the following without resolution:

Windown > Zoom
Window > Minimize (successful) > re-open
Quit and re-open
Restart laptop

1. Ensure the LR menu item Window > Screen Mode > Normal is checked.

2. If that doesn't help, try resetting LR's preferences:

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.

3. If that doesn't help, then:

a. Post a full-resolution screenshot (not a phone pic) of the entire screen.

b. Do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.
