Losing the glare effect when editing from photos on Iphone. Help !!

Hi there!

In rare cases, I could see the "view full HDR in photos" function on iphone works to my liking.

It becomes flat when imported into Lightroom. I really want to keep this beautiful halo effect around the Sun.

Hope there's a way or a work around for this. Any idea guys?
