Low CPU Utilization when Merging Photoson Lightroom classic

I'm merging ~ 50 raw files and the process is slow compare to my old computer. I'm using a 7530 6 core, 64G of memory. C: is 1TB nvme, D is 2TB nvme

GPU utilization is almost nothing

30G of 64G memory is being used

CPU utilization is low. I expect it to use all available CPU 6-core 12-threads
