LR 12 - Kartenmodul - große Logs?

Hallo,

Könnte OpenStreetMap in Lightroom funktionieren??

Gibt es einen Workaround? Was könnte ich sonst mit meinen Logs anfangen.

It's only Google Maps.

Can you split the logs into smaller sections?

Different trips? My trips last usually at least 2 months travelling.

In the beginning, Google maps could take whole trips.  It would be tempting, to have the logs as easily accessible as the images... Now, Google crashes with larger imports into "My Places"

Do you have any idea, which program could manage larger logs and show it on a map? Maybe I could take screenshots and include it into a slideshow?

BTW I'm doing for private use, not for professional lectures.

I appreciate your help!

You can use the free GPSBabel utility to split your track log into smaller logs by date or distance:

https://www.gpsbabel.org/htmldoc-1.8.0/filter_track.html

It has a GUI that makes it a little bit easier to use than the command line:

Others have complained about LR's needlessly small limit of 50,000 points per track log:
