LR Crashes when importing files

Hello!

From some day to now, my LR crashes when I import files (add folder). Sometimes I just restart my PC and the problem is solved, but often don't.

I'm importing from my desktop, that is, from my c: directory. My LR is updated, and I already tried to reinstall the software.

Tks if someone could me help on this.

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

Hi Rikk, Apparently to reset the software worked (shift + alt pressed). I will observe how LR behaviors now.

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
