LRC 11.5 does not start for second time

Question

I installed a new HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation Desktop PC (Windows 10 pro Build 19044)

with a 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700 / 32GB RAM.

When I start LRC 11.5 it's running fine. When I shut it down it does not start anymore. In taskmanager Lightroom.exe`is still running and doen't shut down. When I rightclick and end this I can start LCR again.

I already re-installed LRC and tried with all plug-in's disabled (also GPU disabled) but the issue is still there.

Please advice.

When I shut it down it does not start anymore. "Shut down' is or can be considered as different from "close"Shut down implies turning the computer off. Are you actually referring to closing LrC, or are you actually shutting down the computer while LrC is running?
