For several days the mask system is not working well. 
Not able to find person, objects...
Sometimes after 3 or 4 times works but not as usual, even when it find the mask is not completed.

A recent mask malfucntion was solved by updating the GPU/video card driver. If you are on Windows, you should do that at the web site of your video card manufacturer. Mac users are not able to do that since it's done in Mac OS updates only.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
